Governance & Policies

Transparency, safety, and accountability are the foundations of our youth-led nonprofit.

1. Safeguarding Policy

Street to Screen Empowerment Initiative is committed to ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all program participants, staff, and volunteers.

We maintain strict zero-tolerance policies regarding harassment, discrimination, or abuse. All mentors and staff must undergo background verifications before engaging directly with student cohorts.

2. Child and Youth Protection Statement

Our core mission involves working closely with adolescents and young adults. We adhere strictly to national youth protection guidelines.

Photographs or video content featuring participants under 18 require documented guardian consent. We are dedicated to prioritizing the mental and physical well-being of the youth we empower.

3. Finance & Transparency Policy

As a registered youth-led nonprofit (Registration No: 9358981), we are committed to full financial accountability and ethical stewardship of all resources.

Donations, grants, and partnership funding are strictly allocated towards program execution, technical hardware procurement, youth stipends, and organizational sustainability. Annual expenditure breakdowns are made available to active partners and relevant regulatory bodies.

4. Volunteer Code of Conduct

Volunteers and industry mentors serve as role models for our youth. We expect all volunteers to maintain the highest levels of professional integrity.

Volunteers must adhere to our scheduled curriculum, respect the diverse backgrounds of our participants, and foster a strictly educational and professional relationship with students at all times.
